As physical therapists, we understand optimal‌ ‌movement‌ ‌patterns‌. We utilize‌ ‌one-on-one functional‌ ‌analysis‌ ‌to‌ help identify‌ ‌the‌ ‌root‌ ‌cause‌ ‌of‌ ‌abnormal‌ ‌joint‌ ‌loads, inadequate‌ ‌muscle‌ ‌strength,‌ and‌ ‌overused‌ ‌tendons‌ ‌resulting‌ ‌in‌ ‌ ‌faulty‌ ‌movement‌,  mobility, or injury. These impediments often add undue ‌stress‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌body, causing pain and poor joint alignment.

Trust‌ the team of physical ‌therapists at Hand + Physical Therapy NYC ‌to‌ ‌help‌ ‌restore and‌ ‌realign‌ ‌your‌ ‌body‌. We will teach you how to support your body with healthy movement patterns, and bring use and functionality back to your injured joint, limb, or body part. We’ll show you how to live life ‌pain-free ‌and get back to the ‌activities‌ ‌you enjoy.
